My family received Jim’s name through a referral (which says a lot to begin with) and we weren’t the least bit disappointed. From the very beginning, Jim put our minds at ease and talked us through the entire process. When needed, he was very frank with us, but through that, built no unrealistic expectations and hence, we were able to successfully close on the sale which saw a win-win scenario for everyone involved. He was helpful every step of the way, including the move to our new home, and with the final bits of the exchange of keys.
